I I personally think it's tacky to make the buyers know they are paying the fees by telling them. Work it into the price if you can't afford a few dollars.
This is exactly what I was trying to say, if you work it into the price I feel better thinking that I'm not paying it, and the seller doesn't look like it's all about the money.
