Do you know what year Dart the instrument cluster frame is supposed to be for? Looks like '67 to '69 but hard to tell. Any reference to year on the writing on the back?

To be completely honest I bought it from a member on here for the gauges that were installed in it. I was told it came off of a Dart just not sure on the year. I could take better pics and take measurements if you would like. The writing on the back is just a wiring color reference from the original owner.
