I Have a 76 dart sport with a 360 bored 30 over, rpm air gap intake, 600 edelbrock carb, 727 torqueflite tranny. Im Running hedman long tube hedders, and using the mancini racing kickdown cable with the BPE throttle cable kick down cable holder. I will probably not do a lot of racing but want get away from the column shifter and linkage. looked at the B&m star shifter and also the turbo action cheetah shifter. looking for feed back, pics of other peoples set ups from a cable mounting prespective if anybody has any. thanks

I've been using the same B&M quicksilver shifter for 14 years. It's had thousands of ratchets, and never an issue. It's a clean setup too with no extra handles or buttons.

I'm using the B&M Quicksilver and like it. Only problem I had was the ball kept coming unglued from the mounting nut so I replaced it with a T-handle. I installed it under the center console. Had to make a custom top cover plate for it as the one that came with it was too wide
