Can Anyone Identify This Intake

Look at the imprint on the gasket. Maybe someone had an adapter on there, sure has the footprint of a TQ.

Had to go back and look closely at the gasket. I see what looks like a spreadbore foot print mounted backwards. If so, I'm sure they were disappointed with the performance as I doubt the secondaries would open very far. FUBAR
