Try Dr. Diff, uses Cobra based brakes if I'm not mistaken.

By OEM, I assume you mean original factory design from Mopar. Never heard of factory rear disks on any A-body.

Yes does other cars have rear disc brakes like duster, cuda belvadere etc

that can go on a 8 3/4 rearend

Nope! The only Mopar factory rear disc set-up was on the (I think) 74/75 Imperial. It could probably be swapped to an A Body 8.75 IF and a BIG IF, you could find a donor. Best would be to contact Dr Diff - he's the go to guy for Mopars. Summit/Jegs has kits for the 8.75. A member here was fabricating the brackets to use the 94-05 or so Mustang rear discs. I bought the adapters from him and my A Body 8.75 is now equipped and ready to be installed in my wagon

TSM, Street rod manufacturing makes a disc brake kit for the 8.75 that uses all OEM parts. The only catch, they are GM and ford over the counter OEM parts. Monte carlo calipers and ford rotors. Just buy the brackets from TSM.

I used their kit on this car.

Dr. Diff!

All OEM parts (non-mopar) for the wearing items (rotors, pads, calipers), and you can keep your stock tapered axle bearings. A lot of the cheaper kits require the use of "green" bearings.
