Dillingerchasis

Does anybody know if dillingerchasis will be making a come back?

I think he's done, tried calling a few weeks ago, number was disconnected, from everything I've read, he was a bit shady, lot of people paid, but never received the products. I know his website is now gone also

I have dealt with him a few times and never had a problem. Always answered questions and really quick shipping, things must of gone down hill for him.

I thought from what I read, everybody got refunded. Seemed like a pretty good guy to me. Bad things happen to good people. I wouldn't call somebody shady unless I was 110% sure.

Hey he did me right and your the first who bad mouthed him. If you never dealt with him don't spread crap.

I got his radiator support. Fast and problem free transaction and the radiator support worked great.

x2 - I met and talked with at MATS in Las Vegas a couple of years ago. Seemed like a stand-up guy and knew his stuff. I was looking forward to doing business with him as I got further along in my Dart build.

I had no problem dealing with him. To bad if he is permanently out of business as I would have wanted more of his stuff.

I bought Dillinger tubular upper control arms off eBay years ago and they are nice. Sad to see him not selling his parts anymore. Dustin

I bought control arms, inner fender structural supports and lower rad support. Great to deal with, even cut me a break on shipping. Good in my books. I noticed he hadn't been here for a while. Hope all is OK for John.

I purchased many things from him problem free. It would be nice to have more options for aftermarket parts.

hey mickey how have you been hope to see you in moncton in july say hi to your brother for me . Aaron .

Not trying to badmouth anyone, Maybe you should read closer, I've read on this forum people not getting their products. Just STATING what I've read. Is it wrong to pass along information that others on FABO have written?

I dealt with John 3 times. The first 2 times went fine. I got pimped on my last transaction to the tune of $275.00. I never received the lower control arms that I paid for. Lots and lots of unanswered PM's and many unanswered emails and voice mails. I did get in touch with his wife via email and explained the situation. She apologized and said she would have him contact me. After 2 weeks of waiting I emailed her again and have never gotten a response. The stuff I did receive was of nice quality. Sure would like to have my $275 back.

Is that how much he was selling those arms for?

It's wrong if you don't know the ultimate outcome and end up posting half the story. If memory serves me right, John had some kinda crisis. He never went into detail, which to me showed class on his part. I am almost 100% certain I remember everyone either getting a refund, or their orders were eventually filled. However it ended, I think he was owing to no one in the end.

Ok. Well you're one person. I was not aware of that. I was under the impression he had cleared it all up. I wonder if there are others?

Well, if anyone knows John personally I would like to ask them to tell him to get in touch with me so we can square things up. I promise I won't hold a grudge. Life is too short for that. I realize s**t happens to us all and sometimes all you can do is hang on for the ride.

Dillinger Chassis took my money then disappeared - kind of disappointing when you hear how much of a "stand-up" guy he was supposed to be. I guess buyer beware...

I bought the complete front end kit from him about a year ago. No problems at that time.

I bought a complete front end from him and he helped me through the entire installation process. He made me different spacers and gave me a set of the new style of shock adapters after I broke the bolt on the first style he made. I was looking forward to purchasing a set of uppers with the bushings instead of heim joints for my street car.
