Have you tried tracking it down through the VIN? Last year I saw this T/A Challenger at a car show and it belonged to the owner's dad in the 80's and was sold off. He tracked it down in Japan (I believe) and got it back 30 years after his dad owned it. I think it had a non #'s engine in it but now the original engine is back in it. So it's possible to find cars that are long gone... best of luck to you. I love Demons!
