I had to grind out the hole in the spring perch as well. 1/4 at the front mount and a tad more at the perch. and a new driveshaft as well.(68 FormulaS clone)
Thanks, yeah that's the other piece of the puzzle. I'm planning a drive shaft upgrade too and want to make friggin' sure the rear is where it needs to be.
