I don't have that particular grind, but it is really close. I have the Comp XR286R in my motor, 248/254 duration .576/.582 lift (with a 1.5 rocker). With my motor (10.8:1 compression and Eddy heads), it does better than I expected. Its relatively easy on the valve train, and runs mid 10's in the 1/4 in my Barracuda.
