Schumacher now has slant 6 to G3 Hemi conversion mounts as well as others with more on the way.

Michael's response to my querie:

"Yes, we just finished up the conversion kits to install the GenIII Hemi onto either the slant-6 K-member or the V-8 K-member in the '67-72 A-bodies. The other kits that we have ready are for the B,C and E bodies, all years. We are going to start the drawings for the '73 and up cars next. This will include the V-8 and the slant 6. The process from drawings to an actual part is about 2 months, so we should be good to go for late spring. We are working with TTI, making sure that their headers work in most of our applications and they look very good in the A and B/E bodies. We will be toying with making our own set but that might be down the road a bit. As far as pricing goes they are being introduced at $195.00 and unfortunately, in a month or so, we will have to raise it to the actual price of around $250(ish). Check the web site for pricing and photos...I will be putting that up in a week or so.

I am very excited and proud of these mounts, this is some of my best design work. I think you will be very happy. Feel free to pass on the word of these mounts.

Sincerely,

Michael

A few of us were curious as the contents and completeness of these new kits so I asked and here is the response:

"They are totally complete with hardware. We have designed them to be like a "spool" type mount. Unbreakable, with the bushings absorbing the vibration. I think it's the best of both worlds.

He said they will have pics and info up on their site "in about a week". As soon as I see them, I'll post a link here and on the FB group.

This is exciting information. I've been about ready to start asking questions as a Gen3 noob. There is already a complete 03 Ram 5.7 and 545rfe on the floor in the garage with computers and wiring. I'll be looking forward to hearing about how to keep our PS and PB along with the stock v8 k-member allowing clearance to the stock torsion bars :) My wife is just awaiting me to pull the trigger on her 74 Duster. The car has been sitting on the rotisserie in our garage for 3 years..... nothing rusty left on it. If any one wants to share parts lists, oil pans, mounts, tricks, links, A/C box add-on info, or anything please msg me. I'm open ears. Seeing this car naturally aspirate this summer would be awesome. Even if there is stock manifolds that would fit I would be happy, along with mounts. I'm ready to purchase :)
