Not sure what you are asking....they are not mopar NOS if that is what you mean....They are new rings of the same type that have the slot hole for the valve stem......Whatever wheel you are going to use, it is 2-1/2 inches deep so you must have at least 2-1/2 inches from the lip of the wheel to the center most point
