I would not exactly call a few of them losers.
Even more so on the M1 after plenum mod to better work with a Holley. That intake picks up really well when it's done.
So an expensive intake, after modification, can keep up with a OOTB intake, maybe.
Hughes publicizes clear as day on their website that they do not recommend the M1 intake. In addition I am having my new heads and intake ported by Laroy. Recommended single plane, Victor.
