Heard stories about this car 15 years ago never saw it bought it sight unseen and it was delivered last night . Wagon has 37k on it no wear on break pedal . Old boy towed camper trailer with it and wanted more power got a 440 from a wrecked cuda so the story goes. It has a six pack manifold with a single carb in the center and block off plates, front discs, rear Dana 60 5 lug disc breaks, 2 external oil filters and it is not froze up. Antifreeze is full. Will be checking it out closer when I get home from work this afternoon. He,he,he!

THIS i have to see!
We need lots of pics of this one for sure.
You never know what's out there until you look.
I once scored a 4:10 B-Body Dana 60 from a junk yard 318 '69 Satellite for 100 bucks in the early '90s. They obviously didn't know what they had!
Great score there.......

You mean it's a 6bbl Intake with the inboard and outboard carbs blocked off so it's only a 2bbl 440? Cool car, love those wagons and want to see more pictures :glasses7:

It would be cool to know the partial VIN on the block in case the Cuda still exists somewhere.

No, no, no... The story goes;

"We pulled the 440 from an old Chrysler wagon and put it into my brother's 'Cuda."

I think your car got revenge.

May be only cubic zirconia, was getting dark Friday night when it arrived . Floors are gone along with the rear quarters has a lot of good trim ,front clip , roof rack etc. rear is not a Dana 60 it is a 9 1/4 with discs does any one know if the backing plates are same as 8 3/4 ? Pulled the radiator and crank pulley to see the balancer and it is a steel crank so don't real six PAC motors have forged crank with offset balancer? No time to pull the motor and run numbers til weekend after next as I have to get truck and trailer loaded for the Portland swap meet next week. Normally not a seller, more of a collector but I am buying a mid engine tube frame a 100 and a few darts and a ton of good parts are gonna be for sale. Nwdart

Sounds like a 9 1/4 rear off a Chrysler with rear disk option. Will bolt onto a 8 1/4 rear.

Takes some fabrication to run with a 8 3/4 year. And nowadays with good low cost rear disk conversions, the Chrysler disk rear are a tough sell. They don't make the rotors. I think the pads are slider type A-body fronts???

COOL story!!! Can't wait to here more about the motor!!
