I was gonna say ash tray too, but looks like you're not gonna be able to do that. I have my elec fuel and water pumps on manual switches. But no doubt every pump should get its own relay. Other than that, I'm not sure where you could put switches without cutting holes in the dash. Maybe add a switch panel to the bottom of the dash?
