James Garner - Great escape

The Great Escape is one of my all time top movies. As I was doing research about my father in law's WWII service, I learned about the real "Great Escape". About 85% of what is in the movie is REAL. The real escape took place at Stalag Luft #3. If you are a student of or enjoy WWII history, look it up. The site for the 392 Bomb Group lists each mission they flew with the official report.
