Mike....you were quick to respond to PM's when it came to getting your money. But now basically silence. I have PM'd you as well as sent messages on this thread.

All that I would like is to know if you sent the parts and can give me some type of tracking number...

I paid you on March 17th. Throw me a bone....one with meat on it....not an excuse.
 
Seems strange to you don't have time to ship parts that he has been paid for but you do have plenty of time to post for sale threads and reply to "wanted" ads....Whether or not you went to the swap meet or not, you were going to go...just curious, why couldn't you stop by the UPS office or post office and mail the parts if you have time to go to the swap meet? And for some reason we buyers are not supposed to be mad because we paid you for parts and got nothing. Just because you throw up some excuse that half your family died and the other half has cancer we are supposed to feel sympathy and overlook it. Anybody can say anything to get sympathy on the internet, especially if they are feeling the heat from mad buyers. Sorry but my wife REALLY is sick with medical conditions and the $160 you scammed from me would pay her meds this month.
 
You know, this has got me thinking, there's got to be away to verify someone's ID prior to being allowed to sell on here...

According to his timeline, he got a fairly new truck recently.

Hold on a minute when I said I was coming past your place you said you wouldn't be there you'd be in Charlotte at a swap meet from yesterday till Sunday you even post up asking about who was going etc etc. Then after giving you all my contact details so as to catch up all I've had was you asking what parts I wanted 3 times I've given you a list and no contact back. Even wasted an hour hanging round Charlotte yesterday on my way through after sending a pm say I was there (you were online at the time) Now you are saying your in Delaware just gets better and better. Could have been an hour closer to home.
 
Fyi...Justin Figgat..Aka Mopar Mike aka Mike 440 aka whoever...is back selling and scamming people again. Be very leary who you deal with, never send paypal as a gift. Also, this guy is located in Virgina. Farmington VA area...he uses a few different addresses in that area as well as a PO box. So if you see an ad from VA, be very very careful.

This is interesting stuff here. I have been emailing about front and rear bumpers. I had a friend who was going to Lynchburg where he said he went every weekend because he had some rentals there or something. My Buddy was going to meet him and pick up the bumpers. That weekend he couldn't make it. I sent an email the other day and saw that he was on but never got a response. But with the family emergencies was trying to give him time. After reading this I am skeptical. I guess I will have to keep looking for bumpers.
 
You gotta pay attention to the join date and post count of a member on here when sending your money. It sucks if your a honest new member but that is the guideline I use and I haven't been burnt-----Yet!
 
He actually had a few positive feedbacks so I didn't worry so much about it. Never again.
 
I like how he 'conveniently' has a family member that gets sick (and/or dies) to relieve him of his responsibilities...

Either his family has bad genes, they need to check their homes for mold, or he's pulling your legs....


If you have the time to post your parts and take the money, then there are no excuses that the parts should have not been sent by now.

Is this thread just a smoke screen to buy you some more scam time???

Of course that is what he is doing...remember, can't file a paypal claim after 90 days so if he can drag it out that long he thinks he is in the clear.
 
It looks like Joey has locked up all of his for sale threads, but hasn't banned him. If he gets banned, then anyone who sent money through here may loose their contact with him... But you better contact him soon before they ban him again... My spider sense is tingling...

Due to the fact that almost all the fraud/embezzlement activity is over state lines, the sheriff's office is the wrong department to contact. It's the FBI; they investigate all interstate commerce felony activity, and since this has happened numerous times, each one is a separate felony charge. The fact this person quit the board, came back under a new username to continue the felony activity shows that this is no "small fish" (It's worth the FBI's time I'm saying)

And the best part of all, between BS posts, answering Wanted ads, and all the private PM's, all this felonious activity is documented with timestamps, etc. All of which can be subpoenaed and used in court. They just locked up their own felony conviction! Wow, how stupid can one person be. Let's see if we hear from Mike440 again.. I bet refunds start FLOODING back to you all..
 
Any idea if this guy is over at FBBO under a different alias possibly? I can imagine he'll be looking for more victims across other Mopar boards, especially since he's banned here now.

I'm sure he is on other boards. At first he used ply30 on them all. I would venture a guess he'll start switching it up.
 
Well Mike , glad to see that you finally responded something !! Seems you owe a lot of people a lot of parts .... me being one them . I about tired of your bullshit! You could at least take the time to reply to your messages to people you've taken money from since i see you log on here most every day. I for one will join in on any legal action. Cant stand a thief!
