URGENT HELP NEEDED!! Starting problem

ground the relay to the body with a jumper wire as shown above , make sure its wire on bare metal to the body. make sure it is in park when you start it. make sure your engine grounds are good and your battery cable connections are good. make sure all your wiring is tight to the relay and to the starter.

there is a red button on the back of the interlock that needs to be pushed in if it isn't already

Everything is nice and tight. All connections are you good. I pushed the red button and nothing changed. Would it be something with the NSS if I can jump it on the starter relay and it be perfectly fine but not when I turn the key?
