I thought you already tried that , my bad
ok , to find out if the interlock is causing problems, unplug the three prong connector at the interlock thing, take a jumper wire and cross the 2 yellow/black tracer wire plugs and try it at the key but plug your ground back in at the starter relay. im guessing it will turn over. but it has to be in park of course
