Having a DD is the smart thing to do!!
We went to my wifes class reunion Saturday night on the bike! I was the DD, and she turned out pretty much the same as you described your condition! If not for the cold ride home, I think it would've been curtains for her early!! As it turns out, it wasn't long before it was in fact curtains!!! :-)
