Automatic to Manual?...

How hard would it be to go from a 727 3800 stall to 4 on the floor?

pretty easy swap if you have ALL the parts, lined up ready to go....i did my 4 speed conversion in 5 days. from a running driving auto car, to a factory looking everything done right 4 speed car......5 days....
