Anyone know the owner of this 69 Dart?

This car was at the Mopars at the Strip this year.

C sent me a few pictures of the car but was hoping to get some better pictures and wonder if anyone might know the owner.

This is real close to the car my brother had back in the early 70's

His was a big block with white interior. This one looks like black interior and 340 with factory AC.
