Pully alignment isnt to bad when its all stock. What you have going there is an off set, misaligned juggernaut. I'm confident you will have it sorted out in no time. I think your wired that way. A puzzle solver. If nothing else a puzzle piece jamer. If it dont fit, make it fit.

It feels like I'm working with the pieces from 3 different puzzles that were never supposed to make one single picture when completed. It'd be cool to have easy access to a machine shop with mills and lathes (that did work on demand cheaply). I'll muttle my way through it. Right now it appears as though the blower pulleys will need to come forward (on crank & blower snout) at least an inch in order to have room for the v-belts. That means I'll have at least an inch less room for the 4-core radiator. I'm already picturing the need to move the radiator wall forward. I hope not.
