After installing the TTI dual exhaust in a 66 Barracuda with a 340 engine using the correct cast iron 273 manifolds, I would recommend the HiPo single exhaust instead due to clearance issues. You would still need the modified crossmember. The early Barracuda are a pain-in-the-a on exhaust, much more then any other car.

Ahh Grasshopper, it can and has been done where there is a sweet dual exhaust system that can be put under our early A bodies! My exhaust guy, who is a wizard with these things, built a beautiful setup for my 66! Nice headpipes, bell flanges, true duals all the way back, and 2 1/4" pipe! It can be done, but you need a really good exhaust guy to make it happen!
