we all have opinions on here and we let them oUT!! lol
 
We know the traction bars are not needed but truthfully they were installed on alot of Mopars in the 70's. Congratulations on finally getting the car, would love to hear the story!
 
Welcome aboard, always glad to hear of a Mopar reunion! What are your plans for it? And yes, I had traction bars on my last Swinger back in the '70s!

Congrats! I'll go the other way and say to keep the slapper bars and paint them a really wild contrasting color as to attract attention!!
