So this thread is a brain storming thread. And I am thankful for all the input, I am sure I will return to this thread from time to time as more brain storming is needed. At the time that I move forward with tearing down the barracuda, I will start a build thread on this. I hope that what comes out of this will be helpful to you in a future build.
