found a 85 dodge pickup for 50 bucks ...... has ALL the body parts i need for my ramcharger .... and the same color ...... thats like finding a 68 340 in the scrap pile .... it just don't happen ..... :cheers:
Funny you should make that comparison. Around 1992 I bought a 69 340 block out of a scrap pile in a salvage yard. For ten dollars. It had one tiny chip out of the pan rail and a very light coat of rust in the cylinders, but turned out okay. It ended up in a 73 Duster drag car a friend had.
