My wife, son, and I went and saw it this evening. Without giving away anything for those that are going to see it, it was very well done and I don't think I'll be looking at 1959 Cadillacs the same way any more. My son wanted to know when the next one comes out. We told him it would be a few years, but that there are three already done that came before (sorta) this one. When we told him the first three had Mel Gibson in them, his response was, "Mel who?" I guess we've been slightly lacking in some of his education. But anyway, for those who go see it, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

It's on my list for sure, motorhead PLUS Charlize Theron.....I'm in!!!

From what I saw of the trailers, she didn't look that attractive..........

Don't know 'bout you but this is NOT what I wanna see "in the morning" LMAO

I've seen her look MUCH worse!

Too bad about Tom Hardy being in it, or I might have been interested.

What's wrong with Tom Hardy? Anything in particular, or is he just not Mel Gibson? I can tell you, I think he pulled it off rather well. But that's just my opinion.

Never got through the 1st one and turned it off.....Just not my type of gearhead movie. Now 2 Lane Blacktop I can watch over and over.

Saw it yesterday. I enjoyed it. Loved that there was a Gen 2 Barracuda in it. ;)

Charlize Theron lost a hell of a lot of points with me when I hear she was hanging out with Sean Penn. I have no use for that asshole whatsoever, any shape, any form.

Wow!!! We just got back from watching it. One word: non-stop!!! And not the kind you get tired of. My 15 year-old said it was one of the best movies he has seen. I put it up there in my top 25.

Did you know that the main bad guy in the new one, Immortan Joe (the guy with the skull breathing mask) is also the same actor that played Toecutter, the main bad guy in the first Mad Max movie?

Haven't seen it but probably seen enough 20-second trailers on YouTube (every #$@*! video I click on shoves it down my throat!) to make me not wanna see it.

I saw it...wholeheartedly agree with those who loved it.

Australians LOVE their hotrods and that comes through in Mad Max....the surviving members of humanity seem to worship big V8s... one of the main characters has a full-chest brand of a cut-away V8 engine...so cool.

Fun movie and sorry but Theron is pretty awesome thorugh the whole flick.

If you are not partial to the bald headed girl, they more than make up for it with the other girls that look like super models in those white peasant outfits. Ummmmmmm!!!

I just watched it. Here's how I rank the Mad Max movies:
Road Warrior- #1
Mad Max- #2
Beyond Thunderdome- #3
Fury Road- #37
Seriously, 33 possible Mad Max sequels and prequels that were thought up over the last 36 years and not made would be better than Fury Road.

There are probably reenactments of Mad Max done by kindergarten students on Youtube that are better than Fury Road.
A puppet version done in the style of Thunderbirds would be better than Fury Road.
A Claymation version starring the California Raisins would be better than Fury Road.
Oddly enough, all of those scenarios involve better actors than Tom Hardy.

Other than that, it was okay.

We went and saw it and I loved it! NON STOP action and all I can say is I wanna be the lucky guy who got to build all those crazy cars

.

Considering when these were made, IE well before computer generated "bullshit" they were pretty well done "for what they were"

I still can't figure out how a diesel with an AIR starter sat there in the desert for untold months (years?) and still had enough pressure to crank that thing over, LMAO

They saved up pig farts from Thunder dome!
