California save water

The Colorado River. Source is Rocky Mountain National Park. On the western side of the divide. Colorado, the birthplace for the water source to Las Vegas, and all other cities. Well, a MAJOR source anyway. Yet states other than Colorado are trying to limit CO on the amount they can use. Denver uses a lot of water, population is in the millions, including the surrounding 'burbs. Fortunately for the Eastern Range, there has been good snow fall the last several years, the snowpack has been good. My brother who lives in Lakewood, SE of Denver, is close to Bear Creek Reservoir. That thing is FULL to the top! Boats are not allowed yet because of the high water, and still good amount of water is flowing in. The SW of the US has undergone droughts over many years. States and some cities are just foolish with the way they use water. Misters in Las Vegas to help cool people! And the fountains. Any restrictions on them? A solution will be found when the rich and powerful have to change their lifestyle dramatically.
