Back when I was a "Staff Member" I asked Joey about this. The software on this site doesn't allow an ip address to be flagged. Only thing stopping someone who is "escorted off the premises" from creating a new account is there honesty. Perhaps if creating a new account meant getting the ok from a "Staff Member" so they could research a perspective new members ip address. But with all the Proxy server sites, many of them are free, that would have limited success.
Frankie hit it on the head, your buying a car get off your lazy a&& and go look at it. Consider it part of the purchase price. In the case of something small, it is nothing more than a roll of the dice.
I feel the Internet has made us lazy to a point. I know it has for me.
Frankie was talking about "back in the day"....I remember buying all 3 of the 340 A-bodies I had from the Auto Trader.
May sound a bit harsh....but anyone that gets hosed when buying a big ticket item is a fool if they don't go, in person, to look at it.
