Rotisserie restored about 3000 miles ago. Paint is show quality (color changed to 1967 Plymouth light blue metallic). Original engine, trans & rear; added Edelbrock aluminum heads, Schumacher headers, Holley 750DP, Be Cool radiator, etc. Stereo, power windows, rear defogger, power antenna, all factory manuals & cover. Fender Tag decode:

Looks like it has SS springs. Was the recall steering wheel original to the car? Build sheet?
 
Old pics I have of the car in it's original condition shows this steering wheel.

No build sheet; fender tag matches body.
