under the dash, out ou the lip are 5 small bolts with nuts that have to be removed,the pad is a formed foam molded around an iron bracket that have the five bolts that go thru the dash, finding a good used one is hard, so take any color you can find and dye it or dig deep and pay about 250- 300 dollars for a new rplacement, oh yeah,there is a screw on each end where it curves down about 2 inches from the end to hold the end down
