My oldest son, Justin is a structural engineer/designer living in Las Vegas, I get to see him once a year and my younger son, Jason has been serving in the Army for the past eight years, I see him and his family when I can. He was recently transferred to Kansas and is preparing for his second over seas tour. I'm so proud of my boys!

My son Anthony just graduated this year. He said graduate on Sunday and go to work on Monday lol. His mother said your taking a week off. So he took his week off and is now employed at the collision center in one of our local dealerships. Anthony loves his job and the others he works with.

He worked two weeks and got a very nice raise, his vo-tech instructor told the dealership that he was a very good hand and they agreed to give him a shot right out of school.

Anthony placed 3rd in state at Linn Tech and won several other competitions in auto body. We couldn't be more happy for him!

My daughter has one more year left and she'll go on to college in nursing. For now she works part time at the care center where my wife works.

My daughter lives in Alaska. In politics, and farming. My Son is Air Force. Started out of high school. Turned 35 this year. Have no idea what he does. He won't tell me and I guess it's best that way.

Very Nice !! Good for him !! Looks like a nice layout. Great luck on his career !!
On a side note. I built my own house when I was 28 !! Wan't even a carpenter , But I digress. I'm a quick learner. I'm gonna find some pics of my Kids and post.

Mike, I have to brag some. My Son is an electrical engineer and battery genius. He works in the medical field and develops cordless surgical tools. He holds several patents at 37 years old. My Daughter-in-law teaches graduate engineering students at Western Michigan University and is the one that developed the method of direct injection for gas engines while working on her PHD at U of M. Unlike me their both brilliant and have given Gramma and me 2 beautiful grandchildren to love. Dan

My son works as a corporate trainer for Great Calls ("help, I can't get up"). He oversees the training of all the company call center employees in Carlsbad, CA and Reno, NV. They also have contracts for AAA and other big name operations. One of the few call centers that hasn't been outsourced to India.

My daughter is a manager for several Super Cut stores in the Chandler, AZ area.

I'm proud of both of them.

bottom line is that our kids make us proud, even if they don't, we will always love them. it is amazing what skills and knowledge they can acquire.
I should have been born a hippie. being happy in our lives is what is the bottom line. as the old cowboy saying goes:" find a job you love, and you will never work a day in your life."

Daughter is a certified Vet Tech
Son #1 paints cars/boats picture is of my rc airboat
Son #2 Executive Chef

So a chip of the old block, huh... :poke:

J/K.... You left yourself open for that one... :D

3 kids... #1 daughter works for the University of Waterloo in the scheduling . #2 daughter has a promotion company in Toronto and the youngest my son is back in college taking computer gaming programing ( he wants to invent the next GTA )

My son is a "token white guy" at a major Japanese company. Not saying which one.
He's pulling major jack doing it too! He basically attends meetings with his Japanese co-workers when they need to meet with American execs.
The degree is paying off!
His better half is a nurse at the biggest hospital in Cincinnati.
Between the two of them, they're broke! Student loans are killing them!
