My GTS 340 came with the 4425S and I'm having problems getting to run right. Not sure what the problem is. After I rebuilt it the car will start but if I punch the throttle it bogs and would die if I don't let up and feather the throttle up. I plan on rebuilding it again.

In the mean time I found a 4615SA that the guy who's selling it says is rebuilt to handle the current pump gas and also says it will run on my GTS. This carburetor is listed for the 69 RR 383 standard.

Anybody have an opinion on whether or not this carburetor will run okay or not?

Thanks.

when that carb came out the chrysler factory racers found out that the air valve above the secondarys was set to loose. they set the spring tighter fixed the trouble. the resetting is a little tricky. the factory has a spacial tool but it can be done by hand with some care. and i have found that AFBs and AVSs like the float setting of 5/16 works good.
