So you want to buy a cam. Good read

I let my cam guy choose what cam to run. He has a lot more experience than I do. And I stay away from the big cam companies, too. I don't need an off the shelf cam… I like something that is ground to fit my application.

This guy is good….

nah, ill just ask you guys what cam I should run (without telling you any other details of course) and then go the opposite way anyway

isn't that the way the internet works?

I just got my new cam from Crane. It is 282 duration and .890 lift. After reading that article from Hughes I'm worried that it might be too big.

Lmao! Isn't that the definition of an "askhole" ??!

"The world according to Hughes"... Conform or get out of Mopars!

I think that's good info. I don't have time to read it now but once I get my new cam put in I will give it a good read.

Way back Dave picked me a circle track cam & in the middle of the conversation all of a sudden he decided we should go a bit smaller. Even that one was a bit too much but at the end of the straights (~6K iirc) it instantaneously came on like a shot of nitrous. You gotta get the right one the first time
