New borgeson fast ratio steering box

I recently put in a Borgeson Steering box, Universal Joint and Hoses (the whole show). Flushed the old stuff out of the existing pump (which is new by the way). The box, hoses and U joint fit great, work great (My alignment is .5 degrees negative with 3.1 degrees of positive caster on either side, did it at work today). Now the car has 235 60-15 tires, car is a 1976 valiant, quite low, with original police wheels. welded K-frame, boxed lower arms, Edelbrock shocks, subframe connecters reversed spring hangers, .910 Torsion bars, moog offset bushings, etc. handling is great have done the big car tie rods and brake upgrades so it stops great too. The only hang up is with this new box or my pump makes a stupid whining noise when you are going straight or don't have a load on the box, as soon as you turn the wheels, even at a stand still, or when driving, no more noise. Gone no issue. Now back to straight driving or sitting at a stop light, dumb noise. used new PS fluid from parts store "A", but Im wondering if maybe if fluid makes a huge difference in these boxes? I bled it as directed and even went back and forth 40 times with wheels on turntables to avoid flat spotting and harsh treatment of the box. Called Borgeson, they said they never heard of a problem like that, and if it doesn't go away, call back. Granted car has 50 miles of driving since I installed it. I hate this whine, its not loud, but its there, and unlike other whines it goes away under load. I researched the flow control valve but I don't think theres any correlation . Who knows maybe somethings still tight. Chime in if you've had the same issue or a idea. I may flush the current PS fluid out and get some mopar PS fluid for the jeep application tomorrow. have a nice day - Brian
