But that is neither here nor there.
I just tell that to let you know I feel your pain.
I'm guessing he MAY have more than one problem now.
Not the least of which is low starting voltage.
That ECU probably won't fire with 8.9 volts.
In all fairness, his wiring may be an issue too.
He needed help via having good prints about what it should look like to run.
