Looking for a shock for my Duster that`s around an inch longer than stock. I know that Mopar sells a drag shock for SS springs but wanted to find a cheaper one that will work. I heard that C-body ones are an inch longer but just checked NAPA and they list C-body ones at 13.625" and Dart ones at 14.125", this seems backwards?

I put some Monroes on mine. They are actually for a 60s Dodge D-100 pickup.
stock A-body 31131 = 14-1/8 23-3/8 9-1/4
D100 pickup 37189 = 15-1/4 25-5/8 10-3/8

Take a look at those and see what you think....

I just got some Monroe 32128 police shocks for a c body from rock auto for about $12 each shipped collapse length 15.6" extended is like 26" or so. Haven't tried them yet.

Listed for front but will work good, $23.79 from Rockauto, thanks!

Ya, they are actually front shocks for the D-100 but have the correct loop mount on both ends. The 32128 has the loop with the sleeve on the top. You will need to pull that sleeve and the bushing is a bit narrower too.

Just saw the 32128 has a different mount and rock only has 1 in stock so I`ll be ordering the 37189s.

I have put and still have on my 1972 Plymouth Scamp a set of Shock Extensions that I found worked perfect both in expansion and compression. I have new sets for sale, @ 15.00 a PAIR, plus shipping, Let me know. mopar64@frontiernet.net:
