I need some help here. I had an A500 transmission put in my 71 dart which used to be a six but now a 360. It has the v8 draglink installed. beforew the A500 went in there was about an inch of clearence between the oil pan and the drag link with the 904, problem now is the oil pan is sitting on the drag link. Any help is very much aprecreated. Thanks
 
That is why they modify the floor pans instead of dropping the tail shaft. Some pics might help with ideas.
 
Sounds like they dropped the A500 tailshaft to get it to clear the floorpan. What needs to be done is the trans tunnel needs enlarged so you can raise the trans to where the engine and trans sit pretty much level
 
good chance your driveshaft angles are messed up too.

Fan might be very close to top of fan shroud too.

Poor installation by the shop you paid.
