Any other A bodies in the area? Tuesdays 6-9 pm cruise in.

Be nice to see some other PentaStars there.

Been 3 years for me, more to do but its time to go enjoy time with some other car folks done or not.
 
Hopefully! Been 5 or 6 years since I had anything worth driving to a cruise in or car show.
 
Chili dogs were good as always!

1 other Mopar, a 1970 383 vert out of about 35 cars. Was fun to compare the differences. Some how that 383 looks more cramp in th E-Body.
 
I haven't brought my Dart up there this year but I've been up there a few times in my brothers 77 mustang. Seen an orange barracuda up there a couple weeks ago. Once I get the Dart back together I'll be up there.

Also the walmart in Dawson has a pretty decent cruise in on the 2nd Saturday of every month until September I think
 
Did not know about walmart. I have not been back to the varsity but have gone to the last 2 shows at the motorsports museum.
 
I haven't been in the loop on the shows recently at the hall of fame but that's only a mile from my house. I'm always there for the moonshine festival though.

Also Canton has a cruise in on the 3rd Saturday. I think it's the best one and definitely worth the drive over there. They usually have 100 cars and I've seen quite a few mopars over there.
 
Summit also has something similar every Monday evening at the Georgia store. So I hear.

Both of those are little far to drive with the 4.56 gears. Canton maybe doable. Seriously thinking about putting a set of 3.55's in.

There is another show on the 4th at the hall of fame and is only about a 25 mile ride round trip for me.

Looks like if the weather is good we are going to the show at the hall of fame on the 4th.

We will be the only BB 2nd generation Barracuda there and most likely the only Mopar!

I am glad I have 3.54s in my Dana 70 in the rat truck......with over drive. LOL When I get it running, I am going to try and make some cruise ins around Georgia as I have been way too dry in the hot rod department for way too long.

Hope we cross path's in the near future.

I have an enclosed trailer to pick up next week so my range will be extended! Just hate to trailer anywhere, but even with the right gearing you hate to have to clean the bottom of something you spent to much $$$ to fix and want to keep for another 30 years!

I will make SURE we do! I will let you know when I plan to head that way. We will figure somethin out, even if it's wrong.

Also, PanGasket lives in Cumming as well. We will have to get him in on it too.
 
Cue and the fixings will be on me!

I am almost in d'ville and think pangasket is in Buford on the other side if lanier! Anyhow we could all use a taste of Awsome Bill's shine if not just a sip!

I've ran into Bill and Chase a few times around town. I've also been out on the Elliott's runway shooting clays and I must say that even though they are world famous, the whole family stays true to where they are from and act like normal everyday people

Dang.

Just pulled and tore apart my distributor. Has 15.5 advance plate and needs to be knocked down to 8. Checked my timing finally and 30 degrees of mechanical leaves nothing for initial. Need about 18-20 initial. Will be together for next week if you go back. I am just a few minutes south of there on Burruss road. Let me know how it went and if you will go next week!
 
So did you go tonight?

Should have checked FABO earlier today! I would not have taken it out and gone up there!
 
I'm about to head up there. I usually show up toward the end and then go get half price shakes at sonic at 8!

5642 burruss. Come down to hubbardtown and turn left at end then quick right on burruss about 1/8 mile on left.
