Thank for the tip! Turns out the hose (Edelmann 71124) from a 1980 Dodge M600 has the ends I needed and I was able to tweak the tubing to fit my truck. So for less than $20 I have exactly what I needed. A far cry from the $150+ I was quoted by Pirtec for a custom hose.
FYI for anyone needing the info- the 5.7 hemi power steering pump uses a 16mm o-ring fitting.
My Warlock uses a 7/16" male inverted flare (MIF) on the pressure side of the steering box.
