You're going to need to post more information so that someone can have an idea of what a good price is. For example, what year and cubic inch is the block? What shape is the block in and does it come with all the caps? What stall is the converter, if known? Just some of the needed info that I came up with off the top of my head. Otherwise, it's just people throwing out numbers.
