2015 Father's Day Qualicum show

-
I am Mike. Dropping off some parts to Tom around noon Saturday, then mozying(?) down to Qualicum to meet with a buddy coming down from Courtenay with his '69 Dart 'vert. We're staying at the Riverside Motel in Qualicum Saturday night to get a early start to the show Sunday morning.

Cool! What time are you hoping to get in line? Let me know and I can meet up with you guys, be neat to have 3 Darts parked together.

can't cars still in the body shop until middle of next week , body guys truly are effed in the head -5.3 hour job = 7 working days .

Now you see why my car took a year and a half to do!:banghead:

ended up being 10 working days and they didn't straighten the marker bezel before painting it so that is going back by itself and the stripe has to wait 3 weeks until the paint is cured , they think I'm dropping the car off for another extended stay -not , they are getting the bezel loose and I am taking the stripe to put on myself end of nightmare . Graphic FX is run by an @##clown as well , promised delivery by june 9 still hasn't delivered the stripe but thinks the bodyshop is going to drop the car off to him when it's time for the stripe -yeah right 3 weeks late already and your going to get my car for a day ? dream on .
Now wheres the show pics ?

Here's the pics I took. There were more cars I wanted to get pics of, but within an hour it was insane in the streets. You spent more time wandering through the sea of people than actually looking at the cars.

Trevor Higgin won Best Mopar, he's the original owner of this beautiful big block '69 GTS.

273 with tunnel ram.

Took a couple pics of your Dart, Darwin.

This guy did a beautiful job on this '69 Dart. 360 4 speed.

This '73 was up from Washington.

Survivor, they were asking $6K

This Torino had 18,000 original miles.
