Sleeve it--a well done sleeve will give you the same service as factory cast. No rocket surgery involved, but it will increase the cost of the block by whatever your machinist charges-otherwise, looks good so far.

EDIT: I googled cylinder sleeve cost...and most of the links I found varied greatly, but if you pegged an average, you're probably looking at $150 for parts and labor...but you'd have a block that's serviceable and could readily be bored with the other cylinders, if that's the only thing wrong with it.
