PST - Worst service EVER

I ordered leaf springs on June 2nd. $550.
They told me 2 weeks.
3 days later I called and changed it to 6 leaf instead of 5.
They hadn't even started my order yet. Ok.....
No word from them.....for 3 weeks.
I call, I emailed. ....no response.
Finally I get a hold of them. They tell me they'll ship on June 29th.
So I wait.......nothing.
No tracking number. ....nothing.
I call some more - no call back.
I emailed and they replied "we called you several times and you hung up on us". Not true.
They said "your voice mail is not working". Not true.
"We emailed you several times". Not true.

Now today they say that I called and canceled the order on the 30th.
Not true.

I may see my $550 this week or next.......5 to 6 weeks after they took it.

Am I wrong to say PST sucks??????

Would you run a business like that?
