PST - Worst service EVER

I ordered leaf springs on June 2nd. $550.
They told me 2 weeks.
3 days later I called and changed it to 6 leaf instead of 5.
They hadn't even started my order yet. Ok.....
No word from them.....for 3 weeks.
I call, I emailed. ....no response.
Finally I get a hold of them. They tell me they'll ship on June 29th.
So I wait.......nothing.
No tracking number. ....nothing.
I call some more - no call back.
I emailed and they replied "we called you several times and you hung up on us". Not true.
They said "your voice mail is not working". Not true.
"We emailed you several times". Not true.

Now today they say that I called and canceled the order on the 30th.
Not true.

I may see my $550 this week or next.......5 to 6 weeks after they took it.

Am I wrong to say PST sucks??????

Would you run a business like that?

I posted in general because it's a general thread about their service in general. It could have been about any product they sell.....thus I posted in the general section.
They sell brakes too.....should I have posted in "Brakes"?

No, silly, rumble has a point. That's not the suspension section, it's the "PST suspension section."

PST will never get another penny from me...and I'm just starting on what will be a very expensive build.

Based on how they have communicated so far, I predict we'll hear crickets from them.

All I wanted was from them was to keep me up to date. After all, they sure took my money - same day.

Thing is, a lot of people sell these parts. And want my money...and have good customer service.

I think it would have been easier to buy leaf springs from a spring company?
 
Not a sore subject at all. rumblefish was not yelling. He was emphasizing. Big difference. The only sore one seems to be you. I can sorta see where this is gonna go already.

Well you haven't offended me, but I think you should at least give them a chance to respond. As a few people have said, LOL, there "are two sides"
 
well I for one , ******* HATE lack of communication and lack of responses no matter how "good" a company is . I will pay an extra 100 bucks just to speak to someone or get a call back the same day.
 
I get my leaf springs from Mancini. I like the MP super stock -002 & -003 springs.
 
like a lot of members I am interested in these situtiuons., and the outcome, if the company does respond. however, cancel the order and ask for refund, probably no follow up from the co?

Thing is, I never canceled the order. They told me it was supposed to ship on the 29th. They say I called on the 30th and canceled.
No way I would do that.....I was expecting a tracking number or my parts to show up....all I wanted was my parts.

But......still no response.
Whatever. I'm over PST.

We want the damn spring rates on those 1.03 bars too; quit ignoring and side-stepping the question!
 
I only went with PST because they're a forum sponsor.
Ain't no 10% discount in the world worth this.
