PST - Worst service EVER

-
No worries here with me on the reply.
I certainly understand the position.
Give the PST boss a chance on the forum. I think IF it were I, (the boss) I would be looking into the problem first before coming back here. I don't like walking into a fire without gear or knowledge of what's going on. I would need to research the issue first before I go and fix the problem.

Previously owning a biz, the last thing I needed was a pissed off customer. Making things right is the main concern. That's because even 1 upset customer can reap many ten fold in monitary (sp?) damage for years to come. The internet makes it worse.

Also, I'm not saying you personally but some people will seek a free lunch.
Other people will feel that the service provided wasn't extensive enough for what ever reason and ***** to all for as long as they can until they get a restored car from a light bulb change. It's just how people are.

I understand how you feel and the "I'm done" feeling works. Just sit back and think calmly on the matter. I know it is the hardest thing to do.

I see PST is a user name, like an actual member here you can send a pm to, maybe try that and see if he responds? Maybe that would get the attention of someone else at the company. Sorry for your trouble, I would be steaming too.

July 10th. .....no money.....no springs. ....no response.

Absolutely pathetic.
Seems they not only don't want me to have THEIR springs, they won't return my money to buy someone else's.

Still waiting. ..................

After more than 900 views of this thread, you'd think they would at least return my money. .....for damage control if nothing else.

But nope...........

PST has not been active since 7/1 so I am sure he hasn't seen this. I sent him a pm asking why this happened this way. I guess we will see

subscribed....I will be ordering a front end suspension rebuild kit this winter and rear spring bushings and was going to order from these chaps because they support this site

very interested in how this plays out......

I just want my damn money back so I can buy some darn springs. ...

I'll move on.....lots of other vendors.

Haven't been on here since July 1st?
Way to keep in touch with your customers.

Ok, here's the latest.
I called them and after getting transferred 3 times, was told the money was sent back to my bank yesterday.
As of today, still no money.
When I placed the order the money came out the same day.

Also, now they've changed the story.
They say now that I emailed them and told them to cancel the order.
Not true.

Still.....no springs and no money.
Calling Summit and ordering my springs in a minute.
In stock. ...should have them in a couple days.

It's nice to support the vendors that support the site, but when they screw you around like this, it makes it hard to support them....

Just Suspension, Mancini Racing, and Summit Racing are viable alternatives...

Ya......I've been waiting too.

If the money ever shows up in my bank account, I'll consider it case closed and move on.

WOW . I hope they come through for ya, so you can get your springs and move your project forward.
P.S. not that it matters shouldn't treat any customer that way.

I can't understand why ONE person doesn't take the reins there, follow through with the refund, and give a call back to ensure that the refund has in fact been processed???? I'm sure that they're not so damn busy answering phones and taking orders that they can't follow up on one stinking mistake! They will definetly have more time in the future as I was going to order front end components from them for a couple cars, but will now take my business elsewhere as well!!

Ok.....I got my refund. Case closed IMO.
Thank you all for letting me rant......

I just want to move on and keep building my car!

I just noticed that mancini carries front end kits in MOOG and has reasonable prices...

I like the moog parts better than the run of the mill "kit" parts...
