That's easy.
Take a look at my picture of 65-72 disc brake spindles.

So will 73 up brake parts and disc work with these hemi71x ??
Can the rotor and caliper be bought most any where or order them refabbed ?
Are you asking about 65-72 Kelsey Hayes, 4 piston, disc brake parts.
If so, you can find rotors online, these days, in the $40.00 + - range, if you buy Wagner, or Bendix brand, on Amazon.
BUT, if you don't have your original HUBS to transfer onto the new rotors, your up ***** creek, without a paddle.
Calipers, if you don't have cores to turn in, are all over the map, price wise, from $150.00 - $200.00 + each, depending where, who, you find them from.
I've been advertising a pair, but i now will be holding onto them, as i am putting together a complete disc brake set up to sell off, in another week or more.
