Tell me what you think of this deal...
Moral of the story - don't trust a "gold member" seller until you see multiple pictures of said item. Simple case of an oversold item failing to meet customer expectations. I'm not saying Tony is a bad guy, just probably not someone I will be buying any additional parts from.
I would buy parts from Tony in a heart beat.
The guy gives great deals and I didn't have enough room in my truck after stopping at his place, he kept making me great deals, and even throwing in stuff for free....
He's willing to stand behind this deal and take it back, if you are so upset, then return it to him like he's offered...
He's admitted that he made a mistake and is willing to take it back.
Let me tell you, the time that I picked up parts from him, it rained so hard right after I left his place, I had to pull over for 20 minutes and let the rain settle down, I could not even see out my windshield. It was coming down in sheets of rain...
I've also ordered parts from him through the mail and he's come through.
Please figure out if you want to return it to him and work this out, and stop trying to trash Tony's reputation. He's a good seller and willing to work with you to make this right.
If you want a perfect one, then buy a repro....
Or go buy one from Justin Figgat and see how that goes.... :banghead:
