I just bought some bucket seats from another seller on fabo and when they showed up.....they smell like a cat's *** and the foam crumbling and they look horrible.
I left the seller positive feedback because I am glad I found a seller who was willing to ship such a large item....and more importantly, I understand its a 45 year old part that needs rebuilding. Unless it is an NOS part, it will have been used and who knows where its been in the last 45 years.
Most sellers will not ship. I have a pile of fenders myself but I am not selling them online because I am not going through the hassle of shipping.
The seller admitted like a man to goofing on the marker and was willing to take it back. The fact that he will admit error and is willing to ship in the first place says something.
And BTW: knocking out the patch and cleaning it up would have brought more because 70/1 fenders are in more demand and worth more than a 72. That is market supply and demand.
