De-magnitize....

Left a pair of cutting pliers on top of a set of magnetic welding "helpers". Needless to say now when I snip the mig wire off it sticks to the cutters.....any way to de-magnetize them?

Just reverse the polarity of the magnets and leave the cutters on there again.

It use to be just giving it a rap on a table, anvil, or something hard a number of times will shake up the magnetic alignment and it can go back to normal
